I believe in being a forward thinking, innovator of HR. I love developing new processes and procedures and thinking outside the box for new solutions.

My approach is hands-on. I like to be invested in our employees and their success. At the end of the day, I just love to help people and see them succeed. My success is grounded in theirs.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my partner Juan, our miniature dachshund, Lola and tabby cat, Smokey. When we’re not at the dog park, biking, or enjoying Downtown Raleigh, I am attempting my wanna-be HGTV design star dream! I love interior design, and house plants! I love them all until I accidentally kill them (I'm getting better).
